Kingston Hospital Dementia Appeal
Brand Identity & Identity Guidelines
After spotting our wall graphics project for RNOH, Kingston Hospital Charity approached 05creative to help them raise the profile of their latest fundraising campaign: raise £750,000 to transform dementia care in Kingston and beyond
Creating an identity within an identity
The challenge was to give the Dementia Appeal its own identity so it could retain a presence in its audience’s mind. We had to do this in a way that supported the overall Kingston Hospital Charity (KHC) identity.
The final approach incorporates the ‘heart’ element of the KHC logo within overlaying petals of the symbolic forget-me-not flower. The overlaying elements represent the layers of complexity around the cause. The design can act as a template for subsequent appeals.
05 go way beyond being just a design agency. I'd consider them a brand development agency that’s also able to do kick-ass design.
